With over 23 years of eyeglasses production and sales experience, King Wang has led Weilan from foundation to its leader position today in the line of eyewear manufacture and export. He currently oversees online business sales.
Yang ZY | Production Director
MR. Yang is a seasoned metal and injection director with more than 15 years of experience in the eyewear industry. His great knowledge of tooling, supplier relations, customer expectations, and the ability to listen make him resolve problems quickly in the Weilan production center. He's a reliable, professional production director in quality control and lead time.
Wang J | Engineer Director
Since joining Weilan Team, Mr. Wang J has transformed Weilan factory into a high-quality production line. He built a high-level production process and quality control team to make us possible to serve Marcolin and Safilo. These efforts made significant contributions to make Weilan be the main supplier of some big brands.
Jane | Sales Director
Jane is a professional sales director with over 20 years of experience. She's good at making plans to meet targets, developing relationships with customers, and encouraging her sales team. She has built and maintained strong, long-lasting customer relationships for over 20 years. Because of her efforts, we can serve more brands.
Bella | QC Director
Bella has been working in Weilan Optical for 16 years. She leads 2 QC teams for Sunglasses and Optical Frames,totally 47 PPL. Her main job is to follow up on production progress and check the quality when production is ready. If there are any quality issues, her team will find the solutions and send feedback to sales immediately.
Yi SY | Production Quality Director
Mr. Yi heads up Weilan’s Quality Engineering division. He has been the quality control rule-maker for many brands. He is responsible for making the customers' design workable for production and trains the production managers and QC team to understand exactly the quality requirements of each brand.
Vito | Sunglasses Design Director
With 20+ years experience in the International eyewear market, Vito currently heads up all product development, creative output, and design ideas across a team. And those designs have received very positive feedback. An excellent designer should understand the spirit of a brand first and create the best designs by knowing production, design and cost. Vito is the one.
Chao | Optical Design Manager
Chao always puts the demands of customers first. He always fully understands the demands of target customers and communicates with sales on the topic of the design theme, price, and the application of crafts and materials. In addition, he will do market research on some specific brands. His team collects comprehensive information to serve our customers.
